Ragu Meat sauce 2.50EUR

Ragu Meat sauce also called Bolognaise
is probably the most popular in Italian cuisine
it is used to flavour all types of pasta,
Totellini,  ravioli, cannelloni and to prepare a flavoursome baked lasagna

Ingredients:
½ kg of minced meat
1 ½ kg of tomato puree
one carrot
2 sticks of celery
½ an onion
2 bay leaves
a glass of red wine
oil and salt

Preparation time
20 minutes to prepare
and about 2 hours to cook
